Option 1: Separators and spacers igus® separators are mounted every 2nd chain link as a standard! Note: Observe side clearance of min. 33 mm (E-Tube) and min. 16 mm (e-chain®)!

Separator, wide base for maximum retention force and stability in e-chains® and e-tubes.
 
80.2 Faster installation of cables
Separator for igus® snap-open crossbar 450.X. Q. One side fixed seating with wide base, narrow opposite side for easy cable installation (easily clamped). Also usable in e-tubes.
 
80.3 For many thin cables
Separator with narrow base for many thin cables next to each other. Space-saving, stable - for e-chains® and e-tubes. Also optional for snap-open crossbars.
 
80.4 For side-mounted applications
Asymmetrical separator, results in defined clearance and spacers can be dispensed with. For e-chains® and e-tubes.
 
80.5 locks securely in 5mm steps
Notched separator for notched crossbars with scale For exact positioning For e-chains® and e-tubes. Ideal for applications turned 90°.
 
The separator 501 for e-chains® offers secure stability under load with its wide base, even for thick cables and hoses
 
Separators (e.g. "lying on the side") can be fixed in position by means of spacers 405.XX for e-chains® . The available inner height is reduced by 2 mm for each spacer and side. To avoid this, the parts can also be mounted on the outside of the crossbar (not for long travels) XX = Width of spacer (select from 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 mm)
 
Locking separator for e-chains® 504 with increased retaining force for applications with very high loads. The opening of the e-chain® is hampered when the notch separator is used. Recommended: One clamping separator per chain link for better installation.
 
The locking separator for e-chain® 508is used in applications with very high humidity, e.g.compost plants. The lateral dog provides for the even alignment of the separators; in uneven alignment, the e-chain® can be opened only by destroying the separators.
 
Asymmetrical separator 501A for e-chains® with 18 mm base, for the combination of spacers and separators with different widths, e.g. for side-mounted applications
 
Roller clip - minimizes the abrasion in particularly sensitive hoses. It is simply clamped onto the crossbar. The moving rollers compensate the movements between chain und hose.

Option 2: Intermediate shelves When using many cables of different diameters - e-chains® and E-Tubes can be partitioned both vertically and horizontally

Side plates 502, separators 503 and intermediate shelves 420.X form the basic grid of a shelving system. At a height grid of 7 mm, intermediate shelves of various widths can be arranged in 11 levels
 
Slotted locking separator 510 in combination with intermediate shelves. Slotted threefold (only for e-chains®)
 
520.x Horizontal division Locks in securely at both ends of separator, secure width-fixing possible. Can be used as full-width shelf for integrated subdivision or as a partial shelf for a rack-like separation on 5 levels. Locking separator 507 with height slots - with increased holding force for applications with very high humidity or extreme loads. The increased retaining force is produced by retaining claws positioned asymmetrically to the chain link. Please make sure of an even alignment. Recommended: One clamping separator per chain link for better installation.
 
For a very fine shelving solution, slotted separator 505 is used. These cannot however be subsequently integrated in an existing division without dismantling the interior separation.
 
The one-side open height slot separator part no. 509 can be subsequently integrated in existing shelvings without disassembling them. In the installation of the open height slot separators, the top and bottom grid levels cannot accommodate an intermediate shelf.

Strain reliefs
