Series E4-350 - chain, snap-open along both sides with crossbars every link

1. The world's largest plastic e-chain® to date (*as in April, 2009)

4. Maintenance-free - no grease or oil required at the pivot points during operation
5. Undercut design ensures extreme rigidity and ability to withstand shear forces

7. Highly resistant to wear and corrosion as well as to oil and seawater
8. Can be made lengthened or shortened as required
9. Made of plastic, very quiet in operation
10. Electrically insulating
11. Interior separation system can be supplied
12. Mounting brackets can be supplied
13. Straight running due to inner/outer link design
14. Strong cross bars made of black powder-coated steel - optionally available in stainless steel

Series E4-350 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: unsupported applications ≤ 6,2 m, gliding applications
Circular motions: rotary applications possible, may require machining (machining rework is always required from rotation angles of 180°)

When to use Series E4-350

When the largest plastic e-chain® in the world (as of 04/2010) with an inner height of 350 mm is required
If a huge filling capacity up to 42" diagonal for inner widths up to 940 mm is required.
For unsupported lengths up to 6.5 m and fill weights >100 kg/m
For large, heavy and rigid cables and hoses.
Ideal for heavy-duty applications on oil platforms - suitable for steel works and heavy duty engineering
Maintenance-free - no oil required at the joints during operation
With rollers for low friction

Dividing separator 350-1
For vertical division with 450-X on 3 levels.

Horizontal crossbars 450-X
For horizontal division in conjunction with retaining clips and dividing separators. Horizontal crossbars of various widths can be fitted at 3 different heights.
