520.X Horizontal separation
Locks in securely on both ends of the separator, fixed widths possible Can be used as full-width shelf for integrated subdivision or as shelf for a rack-like separation in 3 levels.

56.2 Faster cable asssembly
Separator for igus® QuickLock cross bar 450.X Q. One side fixed seating with wide base, narrow opposite side for easy cable installation (easily clamped). Also usable in e-tubes.

56.5 Locks securely in 5mm steps
Notched separator for notched crossbars with scale For exact positioning For e-chains® and e-tubes. Ideal for applications turned 90°.

520.X Horizontal separation

Quick assembly - Retrofitting possible in existing partitioning without disassembly (intermediate shelves cannot be laid in the top and bottom grid levels)

Slotted separators 408
For very fine partitioning. No retrofitting possible in existing partitioning without disassembly of interior separation.

Quick vertical separator T563
For the quick subsequent partitioning or initial assembly without disassembly of interior separation.

Locking separator 404
For environments with very high humidity (> 85%). Clamp with press fit. Recommended: One clamping separator per chain link for better installation.

Intermediate shelves 420.X
For a horizontal separation Intermediate shelves can be arranged in height increments of 7 mm (7 levels) in various widths.

Vertical separator 403
For rack-shaped partitions with intermediate shelves 420.X (table page down left) in height increments of 7 mm (in 7 levels).

Locking separator 410
Similar to vertical separator, only with increased retaining force in applications with high humidity (> 85%).

Side plate 402
as vertical separator. Allows a rack-like division up to the side links. No minimum gap necessary!

Central crossbar 405
For applications with many thin cables Combined with an additional crossbar, it offers the possibility to divide the upper and lower half of the e-chain® independently of each other.

Roller clip 489.27
Minimizes the abrasion of hoses. It is simply clamped onto the crossbar. The moving rollers compensate the movements between e-chain® und hose.

Roller clip 429
The roller separator is used in a function similar to that of the roller clip. It is used like a separator. For rigid cables or hoses.
